I am a third party biller. In calling Tri Star Risk Mgmt. on behalf of a Medical Provider I continually get hung up on. No one will answer the phones. I have researched different numbers to call and with every number they always hang up on me. Just wanted to check status on a claim that was sent to them over 3 years ago still not paid. Cannot even publish this review as their web site is also bad...

Need to change the phone number information to a more centralized location that can send customers to the desired department. Been trying to reach claims in Cranbury New Jersey and can't get out of Long Beach to speak with a claims rep. The telephone number given is a department within Tri-Star so you don't actually go to Tri-Star you go to an affiliate within the group.
