Wow so you can tell which of these are fake reviews. We took a loan out after I was ill and had a new baby and bills piling up. They say they will work with you- they won't- they like to decide when to randomly turn your car off to hold you hostage for payment. After making a payment and being a little behind we made arrangements- well they came to the hospital I worked at and towed my vehicle with no notice- I worked graveyard- so yeah that was fun. The day I payed these lying scum suckers off was like the best day of my life. I'm telling you don't take a loan with them- they mKe the cash easy to get for a reason! Oh and "customer service"? HAHA NO such thing.

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
NOT ONLY RUDE BUT DISRESPECTFUL BEYOND BELIEF.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
THEY DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS FROM A BUSINESS.
THEY DO NOT ACCEPT BANK CHECK PAYMENTS FROM A BUSINESS
THEY DO NOT ACCEPT AUTOMATIC WITHDRAW PAYMENTS.
NONE OF THIS WAS THE CASE WHEN I FIRST TOOK OUT MY LOAN.
ALL OF THESE CHANGES OCCURRED AFTER. NOW I AM FORCED TO DRIVE 50 MILES TO THE NEAREST TOWN TO GO TO A WELLS FARGO BANK JUST TO MAKE A PAYMENT.

I appreciated all the help I received from the personnel. They were friendly and professional. There was a lot of paperwork and I thought that the number of personal references was a little much. I also thought that having two sets of pictures taken of my car, one set from me, one set from the notary was a little disturbing. It made me feel as if I wasn't to be trusted, but I had to remind myself of the things people do to cheat the system and that made it okay. I'm not sure I appreciated the notary, however. My husband gave her the title when we were outside. Once she finished with the pictures we went into the business to finish the paperwork. She unknowingly dropped the title on the ground so when it was time to give her the title, she said we had it. She said she had given it back to my husband outside, but that wasn't the case. My husband is one of those who notices everything and can walk you through what happened a day ago without missing a second. He had to go out and find the title which he did, on the ground with tire marks on the envelop where a car had run over it. We are lucky that someone didn't see it and take it. Where we were at have a lot of unsavory people running around.

Never ever take a loan from these folks, Did 2 of them, ended up in a worst spot than when I took the loan. Bad idea, your better off to stay broke. Especially an employee named Mannie.. The guy was sickly rude! Hope he is fired by now
