I’ve never had any issues with any groomers ever... they claimed my dog tried to bite them so they couldn’t give her a proper hair cut or any hair cut for that matter this is the 2nd time they’ve said that after they strongly suggested that i don’t even get her hair cut at all... no one else has ever said or done that. it’s just strange how they were able to give her a bath and dry her which is what she seems to struggle most with but not trim her hair.. idk petco is right down the road i would suggest them any day

While i love most of the staff especially Stephanie. She is wonderful with my dog, i was treated rudely and condescendingly by two of the other girls there. I spend alot of money at petsmart but will not return to this grooming salon while those individuals are employed there. The assistant manager lady was worthless talking too. No one cares about customers.

The ladies in the grooming salon (specifically Cindy) did a great job on my dog! They were friendly, my dog seemed to be very comfortable with them, they were quick and the haircut looks great, all for a low price. I will definitely be back!
