When my wife and I arrived we were not greeted or acknowledged at all. Just sat at first open booth we saw. After 15 minutes we still hadn't even had our drink orders taken. I finally caught a waiter who appeared to be spun out on some type of dope to the point he couldn't even function. Said he would be right back. 15 more minutes caught another young man who apologized and took our drink order. After ten minutes and still no drinks we just got up and left. I have been to many waffle houses throughout the years and this was by far my worst experience. This is not the quality I would expect from such a large and reputable franchise. Not giving up on waffle house all together but will for sure never come back to this one in particular.

Had to sit at a dirty . Sat for 5 minutes before acknowledged. Still didn't clean table. Staff were arguing with each other and loud. We got up and left to eat somewhere else.

In the South, it's an institution. Hot coffee, solid, down-home fare, and friendly service. I'll take it.

eggs werent cooked enough and steak was so tiny! waffles soft and soggy not crisp at all. staff was awesome, even ran my glasses out to me after i left them behind. but why pay 20 dollars for two people when you can eat breakfast across the street at holiday inn express for free....
