Kalvin & Mr. Lu are really nice here.There are two other guys here from Conway I think they said very kind, respectful. Why this dunkin got a1 star is the owner is a cocky jerk. seen him here many times, might be a big deal in the newspaper clipping he has posted but for the general public, he acts stuck up & we are there a lot.
Not anymore going to other dunkins... & his prices are too high. He is greedy. Save money & go to other donut shops.
It's always the "little"guys on bottom of todempole that make the place... yet the big cheese always takes the credit.

Went here this past weekend for doughnuts for my family again. The staff was so helpful I went back again for a friend later in the morning. Deducted one star for what the other menu items besides the doughnuts taste like, just average. Doughnuts and coffee here are excellent.

I came in today to get 3 dozen donuts. They looked at me like I had 3 heads. I said "isn't this a donut place?" I then told them I could go down the street to the other donut place if they didn't want to serve me. The whole time they just stood there in shock that 8 asked for 3 dozen donuts. I checked the door when I walked out. I was in face inside a dunkin donuts. Maybe donuts means tires because this place did not have donuts.

I guess like many of the other reviewers, I too am from the northeast. When this location opened, I was ecstatic. The only problem I have is when I order coffee, getting asked "hot coffee?" Happens at the other DD in town too. Protip, there's only one type of coffee, and it's hot. If I want iced coffee, I'll order "iced coffee". You don't need to ask. Ok, I'll get off my soapbox now. The food and coffee here are great, reminds me of home.
