I enjoy going to the bank and depositing money...They downtown branch werent able to give me a thousand dollars in ones but i guess it understandable it was closing hour, so now im headed to the bank to get a thousand dollars in 5's...

Worst bank EVER!!! Card always declines when money is available, Unrealistic limits on YOUR money, no customer service after hours for emergencies and no "real" overdraft protection. Only banking with them because it was my husband's bank so I decided to join with him....worst decision I have made thus far. 😡😡

I Love Telcoe so much their still my #1 Bank, even after moving to Texas. I've had nothing less than A1 service with them. Very personable Bank. My favorite employee is Trixie. As a senior it's important to feel valued and shown patience. My advice to those with bad experiences, try putting out good and good will come back to you. That's a fact!!! 💜 For the record, I don't have a whole lot of money but I'm treated as you think a millionaire would be treated. Doesn't matter what walk of life you come from you're treated the same, with Respect. It's nothing for my Banker to call to see how I'm doing. Moving from one state to the next can be stressful, not for me Trixie took care of everything. I have never had one bad experience withe anyone at the downtown office. Get to know your Banker, it would make a world of difference.Telcoe you Rock!!! 💜

Telcoe you can't remain competitive when your business hours are supposedly 7:30-4:30 but when you call the numbers listed it sends you to the automated system. Very hard to get a live person on the phone. So you have to always wait for them to open and drive to one of few locations.

Don't use this institution for savings
Their egregious fees will eat up your money with no warning until you get a statement that your account is closed
