I love this bank! I have been a customer for over 20 years, which in itself says it all. In the early days of the BofLR it had a small office in the Heights. I had just moved back to Little Rock and was looking for a bank that offered a more personal banking experience. I walked in and introduced myself to founder, Pete Maris and from that moment I have been a customer ever since. After 20 years I can never say that I have had one single bad experience in banking at the BofLR. This is not your typical bank...the people actually live up to their slogan, "banking the way it ought to be"! In today's world there just aren't that many businesses that offer old fashioned customer service that is consistent. I could go on and on about the merits of this bank. Mr. Maris has always reminded me of George Bailey (actor Jimmy Stewart) the banker in the old Christmas movie, "Its A Wonderful Life". He has always been a believer in the human potential and a banker that sees things differently. This is Little Rock's best bank!
