I have been with them three years ago very briefly, and it has been hellish experiences. They offered very good rate luring me in, but increased the premium several times during the coverage. Not only that, the new rate was retrospectively applied several months. I am property owner for more than 10 years, and this is the worst insurance agency I have to deal with so far.
I only wish your guys do not have to endure what I experienced, seeing so many "good" reviews. After that I have a few other insurances that I think is fair.

I had a billing issue with Allstate. I emailed Jason 3 days before Christmas at 9pm. By 10 am the next day Jason called me and fixed the issue. I don't like big companies, but Jason and his team are great about providing the customer service of a small business. Thanks guys.

They have been over charging me $30 a month for the past 8 months due to staff not doing their jobs correctly and are not fixing the issue. I will never recommend them and suggest you to check your bills if you do!!
