I visited this office based on a recommendation from a colleague. It is a beautiful office and everyone was very friendly. The wait was a bit longer than I would have liked, but I've waited longer at other place with far worse service. We all have options in where we spend our money and/or health benefits, and I would definitely recommend this office.

I went after a car accident left me sore in the shoulders. They sat me in a massage chair and put hot packs on me. They told me I needed to come back for the same "physical therapy" everyday for 3 weeks. That visit alone cost $300. The staff were unprofessional and rude.

I went into the clinic with heart palpitations, racing heart, and chest pain. I saw the nurse practitioner. She is friendly, helpful, intelligent. She answered all of my questions and took the time to really examine my heartbeat. She seemed to have a thorough knowledge of various illnesses that could be causing my problems. She even thought to test my thyroid, which no one had bothered to do before (it turns out that I do have a thyroid problem). She made all necessary referrals. She talked to me like I was an intelligent human being (which doesn't always happen in the medical community) and even took my phone call a few days later, answering even more questions. The only complaint I have is that I was in the waiting room for 30 minutes (but it was well worth it). Thanks so much Nurse Ellis!
