People donate to this place I'd even get help the way only think I think they help you if you are really homeless you don't have a shelter of your head and then they will help you but you've you have a shelter of your head they will not help you or treat you like a people either

I wanted to drop off 6 winter coats that were gently used. I tried calling all day on Tuesday, December 27 to only get voicemails. I went by there at 3:35 to drop them off. No signs saying where to go to drop off. A worker told me through a locked glass door for me to go through the kitchen. I had no idea where it was, so here I was holding 6 heavy coats walking around the building. He was holding the door open and took the coats, no offer of a receipt. I told him that they were the most unuser friendly place to drop off a donation. He yelled back at me "What did you say?" I want to be able to assist, but when you have uncaring & rude people working there it makes you wonder if your money and help is needed elsewhere. I can only imagine how the homeless are treated there. Not a pleasant experience.................
