My last rental from Thrifty in Little Rock!!
I have been renting from Thrifty in Little Rock airport for years and the service has steadily gotten worse. My last rental at the end of July was the last straw. All taff were rude, didn't care about me /their job and not at all helpful. Why do they hire people that hate their job and want customers to have a terrible experience? Where is management?
Transfer this location back to an independent owner/operator and I might return. Look elsewhere for your rental car. You will be much happier.

Great employees and easy rental only problem I'm having now is all of a sudden it says my credit isn't good..

It's unfortunate I can't give less than one star. I travel for work, rented from many places. This is the absolute worst rental facility I've ever been to. Worst customer service at the desk. Treated like a burden. Don't spend the extra money for the bigger car either, because they'll tell you an Altima, Corolla and kia Rio are all the same class. Right. It's cheap for a reason. Never again. Highly suggest firing all of your current employees and starting from scratch. Believe the other reviews. This place is garbage.

Great experience because:
1) Easy to pick up and find.
2) easy to return
3) car was clean and functioned well

The front desk staff was rude. They refused to give me a car that was prepaid for stating no cars were available for same day reservations. Then I was told I could receive a car if I paid an additional $30 per/day. So was there a car available or not? I tried to call the manager about the situation. A week has gone by with no response from her. Book anywhere other than there.
