You turned away our dog in an emergency situation without so much as a glance at her because you were "booked" for the day. Knowing that you're a "hospital", I was expecting your receptionist to do more than tell me that no one was available. Next time, drop what you're doing and fetch someone that is qualified to make decisions that you aren't able to make. As for Dr. Mulder, please reevaluate your front desk staff, and indicate that your business does not take emergency cases. "Hospital" is not the correct name for your mismanaged establishment.

Dr. Mulder and her staff are always fantastic! I've taken my dog Angus to her since I got him as a puppy two and a half years ago. Since day one, Dr. Mulder has been a wonderful vet, helping me as a new dog owner and treating Angus (who has been rather healthy, thankfully). I couldn't ask for a better experience from the staff, either - they are always friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel really fortunate to have Dr. Mulder as our vet and can't recommend her and her staff highly enough!
Dr. Mulder and her staff are always fantastic! I've taken my dog Angus to her since I got him as a puppy two and a half years ago. Since day one, Dr. Mulder has been a wonderful vet, helping me as a new dog owner and treating Angus (who has been rather healthy, thankfully). I couldn't ask for a better experience from the staff, either - they are always friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel really fortunate to have Dr. Mulder as our vet and can't recommend her and her staff highly enough!

VERY reasonable prices and BETTER CARE than other, more expensive vets! Dr. Judy (and the staff) actually care about your pets, not just making a profit. I will never take my dog anywhere else! We've been going to Mulder for about 6 years. Love, love, love them!

If you are looking for a fancy office with a nice waiting area, this isn't for you, but if you are looking for a great Vet and staff that you can feel confident will care for your pet, it's perfect. I moved to Lincoln from Michigan where I thought I had a great vet. The first time I walked in, with a smile said 'this must be Haus?' that's refreshing to know they take the time to remember the name of the pet that they had on the schedule. She also called me after hours to give test results. For those that complain it takes too long for an appointment, I believe that any great vet will pose this issue.
