Decent menu and service. Food adequate. Excellent location. However restaurant is DIRTY!! Smell from carpet is revolting. Skip this location. Other Village Inns in area. Open 24hrs

The food was ok but at the end of our meal we asked for some to-go boxes and a roach crawled out of one. The manager in charge did not know how to handle the situation very well. Very upset.

Great service!! Server was concerned for other employees and still Timed and efficient to us as his guests I was very very impressed with that period I've been a server for over 30 years my family also owns a restaurant and I can tell you that this young man with someone that I would love to have on our staff! The general manager was nice came around a visit checked on our food everything was excellent we told him that! Will definitely visit again next time I'm in Lincoln!

Over the past indefinite amount of time, VI has noticeably slipped in various ways; food portions gotten smaller, less items included in a meal, not offered pie when nearing completion of the main meal, longer waiting time to get greeted and seated, not checked up on by your server as often if at all. The pricing is still good, but it appears that VI has cut quality and service to keep the prices the same. This is true not just this location but at other VI's too. I still go to VI, just not as often or as loyally as I used to do. The food that you do get is still good food.

Well food was good and restaurant manager was great, waitress on the other hand was horrible. The manager took our drink order and delivered said the waitress would be with us shortly. Ha. We watched at least 5 other tables come in order and get their food. Finally the manager comes over and asked us if she took our order. Nope! So he ended up taking our order. The waitress walk by our table at least a dozen times knowing we was sitting there and never asked us anything. If it wasn't for the manager we probably would of got up and left. As a person that has been in the business for 20 plus years I think they shouldn't of left that girl by herself if she is that bad and doesn't see customers waiting. I could of handled the whole dining room with no issues. Maybe better training can help.
