All food items were fresh, not from frozen or canned. The seafood clay pot was not overbearing. All recipes are well crafted. Staff friendly and attentive. Highly recommended. I have been here twice, and quality was high both times.
UPDATE: November 15, 2017 Evening Visit.
Started with an appetizer of two deep-fried spring rolls. The ingredients inside the light-weight crispy wrap are fresh and the flavors blend well.
Then, the Hot and Sour Soup was huge! Easily feed four off this bowl-full of popping flavor!
Then I had Mongolian Beef. Wow. Tender meat, perfectly-cooked green onion and specially-ordered extra ingredient: mushrooms. Zucchini and delicious sauce, all making my taste buds feel like they found heaven.
Along side of this was the modified version of Kung Pao Triple Delight. I needed to have no peanuts, so they removed them from the mix. I asked that they add extra mushrooms, and cabbage. They followed my request directives faithfully, not missing anything. And, the result is a mouth-watering blend of culinary bliss. Boy, oh, boy! I cannot express enough how much I really love their food.
This visit was worth it. The staff is attentive and, again: they got everything correct. In the end, there is so much food, I am taking this treasure home with me to enjoy during the next few lunch time opportunities.
You must come dine here. I doubt that you will be disappointed.

One of the best in town. Offers a lot of dishes not found in other establishments with an extensive menu. Hot and sour soup is excellent! Service is friendly and attentive.

Authentic [if you choose from the real menu], amazing food, not padded with tons of vegetables, taste is wonderful and portions are huge. You want real Chinese food? Get it from Mr Hui's. Best place in Lincoln hands down.

I was not a fan of the Roasted Duck. The calms and tofu had good favors. Love the hot and sour soup! Staffs were very friendly. Nice quit place for lunch.
