The customer service was excellent!! The young girl helped us with our order by recommending the managers specialty since we were getting some plain donuts and regular donuts. She custom made two for us, because what we wanted wasn’t already made. She seemed motivated and very happy to help us! The only reason I gave 4 stars is we arrived at 6:50 and all the lights were off and we had to call to see if they were really open. The door said open at 6:30.

If I could give 10 stars, this place would get it. The amazing selection is one thing, but I kid you not, these donuts will ruin you for all other donuts. Especially the Lamar's bars, old fashioneds, and frosted cinnamon rolls as big as a plate. I moved to California three years ago, and have been on the hunt for a CA donut to rival Lamar's ever since. It doesn't exist!! Please franchise, Lamar's! The bad reviews because people slept in and missed out are ridiculous. When the donuts are this good, how can they keep them on the shelves??
