If you want to be charged to sit in a room by yourself with an ice pack on your shoulder then this is the place for you. I was told that since my deductible wasn't met yet that I would pay as I went, and I did that! Now it's 3 1/2 months later and they are just now sending me bills for services on May 1. Services like an ice pack that cost me $20 while I sat in a room with no doctor or physical therapist. When I was with the therapist, Jill, she talked about her family the whole time so I couldn't get a word in about my painful condition. Then she would ask me if I had an extra 15 minutes and she would leave me in the room and then charge me for it! This place is a scam and they are only out to steal your money. Wish I never went there. My shoulder isn't any better but I sure am paying for it anyway. I would recommend finding someone that will actually provide you a service for your money. If you want to pay $20 for an ice pack I have a few around here I will charge you for.
