I went once and the dentist was going from room to room without washing his hands. He shattered my tooth and left big shards sticking out of my gums. He refused to give me pain meds or antibiotics. As a result I developed a bad infection that took months to clear up. Horrible experience!

Excellent work.
Dr. Nguyen has put two caps on, and a bridge.
He doesn't try to push unnecessary procedures on me.
The hygienist does excellent work!
They have made special efforts to meet my scheduling needs.
Everyone is courteous and friendly.

I went in for a cap and Dr. Nguyen shaved too much of my tooth off, causing my bite to be off. I tried to tell him that it didn't feel right, but he is always in such a hurry, he told me it was fine...After having me bite on carbon paper to see if my bite was aligned, I told him it still didn't feel right. He told me that I would get used to it and went on to the next patient; My bite has since then been uneven since he shaved too much of my tooth off. I've told him my tooth hurt while he was drilling, but he ignored me and kept drilling my tooth before the cap, until he finally listened and gave me a shot to numb my tooth. Lastly, when he was drilling my tooth I felt the handle of the drill bumping my top teeth. I told him but he ignored me again and kept drilling. I looked in the mirror and my tooth was cracked. He tried to convince me that the crack was already there, but it wasn't.
Also, some of his staff are condescending and rude while addressing concerns. He excused their rudeness and told me "this isn't a spa, this is a serious business". Working at a hospital, I understand a job being serious, but customer service should always be the focus of any business and they should never be excused for taking their frustrations with being busy, out on the patient's.
I feel that Dr. Nguyen overbooks because he wants the clients/money, but in exchange for that, he rushes and lacks customer service and doesn't do the best work. He also shaves too much of the tooth off because it hasn't only happened to me, it's happened to another family member and a friend. I am now switching dentists, but I would warn anyone considering having him as a dentist to be cautious before letting him work on your teeth. Your bite may change and your concerns may be overlooked. Good luck with your search in finding a good dentist. Take care.

I have received the best care with the doctor and staff. With all the dental work that I have had done I could never imagine having my smile back and confidence to smile again. Thank you so much to my niece Barb and Dr Van for making it possible. Financially with Bright Smile, it is very much affordable and reliable service.
