Love Kim! It is so hard to find someone who understands how to cut and style naturally curly hair. She is awesome with curly hair since she is a curly herself.

I have been going to Rejuvination Station for over 6 years, and I can't really think of anything but wonderful things things to say about the place. I get my haircut there every 3-4 weeks, and I have had my haircut by 6 different stylists all with charming and different personalities (Oh, they also do massages, manicures, and pedicures which have all been fantastic 😉.) The atmosphere is friendly, relaxing, and definitely not stuffy! The stylists have laughed, joked, and cried with me. Great staff and great experiences...keep it up!!
I have been going to Rejuvination Station for over 6 years, and I can't really think of anything but wonderful things things to say about the place. I called to ask if they had stylists who were experienced with curly hair and they said yes. At the appointment she cut it wet and then immediately straightened it without asking. I paid 45 dollars for a haircut by someone that was supposed to understand my hair type and yet after washing my hair I immediately noticed it was about 2-3 inches longer on one side. I called to have this fixed and they said to come in at 4. I don't get off work until 5 but I tried to make it in as soon as possible. I arrived at 4:39. They said that the stylist had another appointment and couldn't see me. I asked if anyone else was available and they said no. They didn't close until 8pm but no one had 15 minutes to even out my hair. I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else and get it even and they refused. I made an appointment for the next day and came in. The stylist was very nice and apologetic but her boyfriend walked over and said "can I get a refund for my haircut" in a teasing way which I took as making fun of me. During this session I asked her to cut it dry but she still combed it out and then cut it, which made it bushy and unlike how I usually wear it. And in my opinion, harder to judge considering she pulled out the curl by combing it. She was going to spray it down but I asked her to wash it since she had poofed it out by combing it and spraying it was not going to fix my curls back. It still appeared lopsided but she said it would even out when it dried. I went to eat and then went home and noticed that it was still noticeably longer on one side and after I cried I had to cut my hair myself. I understand that mistakes happen but I was not accommodated and i felt they were upset with me for wanting it fixed. I have never left a bad review anywhere before but my experience with this salon has been terrible and I would like other women with curly hair to understand what I went through.
