Headache-noisy, insanely slow. I regretted so much coming here with visiting family and spending $130.
After over an hour I didn't have my steak. Drink refill requests took 25 minutes. Salads and sides were forgotten. And what's odd is there were servers standing around everywhere - idle or near-idle? I guess that they cannot venture into each other's territory?
Hoping the food might make up for it... I was again disappointed. My expensive rib-eye was salty and overdone. The fries were soggy. I didn't care anymore.
Note: My steak was comp'd ... I didn't ask for it, manager did it voluntarily. I just kept asking for my steak calmly after an hour when getting asked "is there anything else I can get you?" ... just...bring...us...what...we....ordered.
And why do these restaurants feel the compulsion to play loud music when the place is already loud? Is this possibly an assumption needing tested?

We came here to eat for my husbands birthday and was very upset. $30 steak dinners are to be good guys including the service!!!! Bad food, bad service waitress kept forgetting our food and forgot our appetizers. We was forgotten about for a long time before we could order just our drinks. Waitress split drink and didn't come back to clean it off the table so we was trying to avoid getting it on us the whole first 40 minutes. One side of the table was drink just rolling on the floor. She said she be back to clean it and didn't. We waited about 40 minutes before we got just rolls and another 20 minutes before getting our food and waitress said she forgot our appetizers after asking for them they wasn't even really busy on this Sunday night. Our order was still messed up and steaks wasn't cooked as asked and sides was quickly heated in microwave. Food was poorly made and very undesirable. No one finished their plate A few bites and we was done. It was awful. My mother in law,my husband and I was upset about food and service. Only thing good out of this whole experience was the STRAWBERRY GROUPIE drink

My steak wasn't done as ordered sent it back then it took forever to come back. By that time everyone at my table was finished. Service was very slow and we were forgotten about.

My family and I came here for my sons graduation lunch. We really enjoyed our lunch today. The staff are really friendly and they make you feel welcome. One of the lady managers came over and check on us (laughed with us) few times. We will definitely be back and recommend to other.
