I've been living at LC Hamburg for 10 months now and Iiterally do not have a single complaint about the place. The town homes are absolutely beautiful with tons of natural light and space to stretch out. Everyday we get to watch the sunset through our bedroom window. We are in one of the Burtons so we have a nice grassy area right behind our home that's perfect for grilling and letting the dogs run around. I've never once heard my neighbors on either side through the walls and never have trouble finding a parking spot nearby our home. The leasing staff is incredibly friendly and don't mind if you bring your dog right into the office (they even have treats available!) The grounds are very well maintained and the trash service has made my life soooo much easier. There's a beautiful trail that surrounds the pond in the middle of the complex and my dogs love walking it. I just graduated and am relocating to Denver at the end of the summer so I won't be renewing my lease but believe me when I say if I could bring my townhouse (the entire LC Complex, really!) with me to Colorado, I would. I don't know if I'll ever find a complex as wonderful as LC Hamburg.

The Leasing Office Staff is some of the best i have experienced. Been a longtime apt renter and this crew was on point. Communication was prompt and detailed... you can truly see that they care for their tenants.

LC Hamburg Farms is an ok complex. The trash situation is obnoxious. It has changed 3x in the past couple months. Why even have a service and charge residents? Just have them be responsible for taking out their own trash like other complexes. I'm also disappointed that the walls are paper thin. The two stars are for the maintenance crew and the upkeep of the grounds. The pool is nice as well.
