I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STATE FARM! I have been a client of Deborah Hensley’s for over 10 years, and my family has been clients for decades longer. I cannot say enough great things about her team! Her staff go above and beyond to meet my needs and make me feel at ease and knowledgeable about all things insurance. I have had auto insurance, home owner’s, and renter’s insurance all through Deborah’s office and have been so pleased with the coverage and customer service they offer. Recently I found myself in an unfortunate auto accident where the at-fault party did not have insurance. The staff has gone above and beyond to assure me that State Farm would do everything in their power to make the situation right and cover the costs (and inconvenience of dealing with the repercussions.) If this review isn’t testimony enough, let me just say that I get addressed by name (it’s the little things!), I speak with a representative without being placed on hold (huge plus!), and I feel a sense of community with Deborah and her team (what more could you want?)! I would never purchase insurance elsewhere, and I’d recommend Deborah Hensley’s State Farm office without hesitation or reservation. Two thumbs up!

I'm actually a Turner now....but I LOVE the service I receive from this office. Drew is the absolute best. When ever I call with a million questions Drew is on his game with quick answers and quick research skills to answer my questions which Casey is right on too. Super nice people.

I've been a client here since 2008. Megan Dobner is fantastic and always remembers me. This office has followed up on any transaction/claim to make sure I'm satisfied. I appreciate that they still follow up with me when my claim gets sent to the corporate State Farm level.

I came here because of the high ratings and indeed it is awesome. Megan Dobner helped me to get a low cost and high coverage insurance today. She is super helpful,friendly and efficient. This is the best insurance agent I have ever been for years.
