Changed insurance company. ..called and told them to cancel. ..have new insurance. .was later turned into collection for non payment. ..wouldn't they just stop plan. This is why I dropped allstate in the first....very very unhelpful

I was in a wreck a few months ago and I have never experienced such great customer service...Josh took care of everything, it was done very fast, and I didn't have to worry about a thing, the wreck was bad enough and not having to stress anything else was a nice feeling.
