I love Dr. Santos and staff! You always get the best care here. When my insurance wasn't accepted by their office last year, I went somewhere else and was not happy. I won't do that again.

Great experience! Dr. Santos is friendly, down to earth, and takes her time with the examination and answering questions. Comfortable visit. She's now my new eye Dr.!

Hamburg Vision Center is hands down the best place for vision care in Lexington. The ladies at the front are always welcoming and helpful, and Dr. Santos does a wonderful job explaining how the eye works. I can only say positive things, I love this place!

Dr. Santos and her office staff are genuinely great people, very professional, helpful and considerate. I loved my experience with them. Dr. Santos takes ample time with her patients, answers questions and does not make you feel rushed. I highly recommend Hamburg Vision Center. My only complaint was their selection of frames needs to be widened.

Went to Hamburg Vision Center after a horrible experience yesterday at Vision Works in Richmond which continued today. When Allie contacted my insurance, she was informed that I was not eligible for glasses until 2017 because they had not deleted the information from yesterday. After contacting Vision Works the 4th time after 3 HANGUPS they said she had raised her voice to one that had hung up on her. That was a total lie as we were standing within two feet of her and she was never anything but professional. Allie and Julia were both wonderful and I am looking forward to seeing them when I return to pickup my new glasses.
