Very dissatisfied with our experience while going for our 3 year olds first cleaning. My husband and I both took off work to be there for one of our sons "firsts" and was told soon as we checked in that only 1 parent could go back during the exam. They were very firm in this policy. As we asked once again when they called us back. They seemed very frustrated that we would even request it. Get back to the room and it had 2 chairs, and very spacious rooms. Really irritating knowing they were not accommodating to our wishes over something that meant so much to us being 1st time parents. When his cleaning was all finished the doctor came in and went over his x-rays. Gave me some news I wasn't expecting to hear about his teeth and having to see an oral surgeon when he is a little older. Mind you, they wouldn't let my husband come back to hear this!! This facility is not considerate of their patients wishes. Lacking in any kind of customer service. If anything at all they could have explained their policy upfront when we called to make the initial visit. So we were aware before we both took off work and made the drive from Georgetown only to find one of us sitting in the waiting room.

Our experience with the Hamburg Pediatric Dentistry office is always wonderful. Every single member of the staff is attentive and so helpful. We are so thankful to have a dentist that the children look forward to seeing!

Pediatric Dentistry of Hamburg in Georgetown, Kentucky is absolutely fabulous. They are great about getting you in on time, the atmosphere is fun and inviting, the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Most importantly, the hygienist's and Dentist's are amazing. We love everything about them! Thanks for taking such great care of my child.

I have a daughter with special needs. We had tried for quite a while to find a dentist in our area that could work with my child. After a very traumatic visit to get her teeth cleaned, I thought I would never be able to get her into a dentist's chair again! Then a friend recommended Pediatric Dentistry of Hamburg. I was a little hesitant because it is 2 hours from where I live but I thought I would give it a try. The staff is amazing and the doctors are incredible! They are so patient and accommodating with my daughter. She actually looks forward to going to see her "Dr. Teeth" now! I am forever grateful!

Pediatric Dentistry of Hamburg is the only dentist's office my children have even known (and they're now 12 and 8). We absolutely adore Dr. Rodney Jackson; he has such a gentle manner with the kids. The office staff at the Georgetown location is fantastic. They are always on time and we are in, out, and done right on schedule. I highly recommend this group. Not only are they fabulous dental professionals, but they support many community projects and endeavors.
