Absolutely the best clothing store I've ever shopped. There is one associat, Ally, who displays direct professionalism and pride in her work, respect and concern for the customer and their shopping needs.
I came in Friday December 2, 2016 and was immediately recognized by Ally from prior shopping experience school shopping in July 2016. On this day she went above and beyond to ensure my daughter had a pair of boots that were in her wish list for Christmas. She then began to help me find items that my daughter needed and wanted for both her birthday 12/14 and Christmas.
Ally searched online, called various stores and finally found a pair that would fit my daughter but they were in Louisville. Ally then proceeded to help the Louisville associate in getting these boots purchased and shipped to me from the Louisville location. Not only did Ally secure the boots for my daughter but also saved me from driving more than an hour out of my way to get them.
This prestigious effort shows definite acknowledgement and care for her customers. As long as Ally is working there, that's where I will shop. Love it! Thank you Ally!!
