Suite is very nice, took four or five times for the proper fit. I did expect more from a store specializing in suits.

Yep, I agree. Pretty terrible. Went in at 10:32 am, walked store until 10:50 listening to employee having personal conversation about "always been a straight A student" and "nope, I want straight A's". Never acknowledged I was there or needed help.

Thought the other reviews were harsh, until I arrived at 11:15 am and the doors were locked - others employee locked out too? Said "guy who was supposed to open (45 minutes ago) didn't show up." THIS is a Joseph A Banks store??

My experience was pretty awful. I was picking up a tuxedo for a wedding and had to ask for someone to help me. I could tell that the guy taking the measurements had little idea what he was doing. That's all a shame but not really a big deal as long the tux comes in on time and can be refitted. Well luckily one of the other groomsmen went randomly to check on his because once the tuxedos arrived NO ONE called any of us to let us know. My shirt didn't fit and had to be reordered and my pants need to be lengthened. The shirt came in but was a little too long and the pants could only be lengthened a minimal amount. I'm just happy everything came in since the service was so incredibly bad. Do not ever use them for ceremonies of any type.

We went during a sale at the beginning of April to order suits for our wedding party for a wedding at the end of May. We ordered and paid for all of the suits that day, and they were going to ship the suits to the people who lived out of state to have tailored locally. Two of the suits went to the wrong men, so they had to go to the nearest JAB to exchange the suits and then go back to be fitted. My now husband almost didn't get a suit at all! They kept saying it was back ordered, then at another location, then in process, etc. His suit jacket arrived, but we did not get the pants until 2 days before the wedding. This was in May. He got a call two weeks ago from JAB letting him know the suit pants he ordered previously are in, and my credit card has been charged for them AGAIN. I called back and reminded them of the situation, talked to the manager, and he said the suit would be sent back once it was in their store. He said it wasn't there yet, although the person my husband spoke with previously said the pants were there and ready for pick up. The manager assured me the pants were on on their way to the store and that he would be sure they were returned when they arrived since we do not need them. Two weeks later, the charge is still on my card. I will be calling them AGAIN when they open, but we will not be doing business with JAB again. This has been a nightmare from a company that used to provide excellent service and quality. I don't know if it has to do with the merger with Men's Warehouse, but I have seen a significant decline in their ability to offer good care.
