Booked a tour for my parents. After attempting to reschedule the tour more than once to suit the company's needs, my parents settled on a different day and we changed most our plans for the week, only to find out when we arrived in Vegas that their booking never actually got moved and they could no longer go on a tour any day while we were there. Only high point in dealing with this company is that they refunded their hefty fee same day.

We had a really good time on this tour! It was 2 days before Xmas and we STILL got to meet a few of the folks at Kounts and Tanked along with the Toy Store. Was totally worth it! We were slightly surprised to have to pay for a photo with American Restoration group as all other folks were free as part of the tour. Not that they weren't nice, just wasn't expecting it. (Forgive me if it was mentioned in the info - must have forgotten by the time we got there. All in all - great tour!
