THIS IS A SCAM!!! I booked and paid for a rental in May 2013. This past weekend (Sept. 20, 2013) I traveled nearly 5 hours with 9 people (kids too) to be told the home was rented to someone else!!! We had no where to go and had to pay more money to stay at a hotel! I had already booked a caterer and a limo to pick us up at that location. Completely ruined my wedding weekend!!! The manager offered us a refund but it took nearly 5 days to get our almost $1,500 back! Total scam!!! NEVER STAY HERE!!! SCAM!!!!!

We rented a place out in Lake Las Vegas and loved it! (Nv2112) It was even better than the pictures, and so roomy. The tilework was gorgeous, and the entire place was really decorated in great taste. The village area was quaint with quite a few great restaurants, (loved Bernard's Bistro). We chose Lake Las Vegas to be closer to Lake Mead, and it was actually really close. Loved the lake, but I recommend renting jet-skis before you get to the lake, as the prices get really high because of the convenience I guess. We will be back before the summer is over!

We rented a house in Lake Las Vegas because of the proximity to my in-laws home in Henderson, ( just south of Las Vegas). The house was so nice! It was only a couple of minutes from the Lake Las Vegas resort area, where we went to eat a few times, and picked up some little trinkets from a couple cute stores. The house was giant, and had an amazing pool, since the in-laws don't have one, it was kind of our place to hang out all together. The house also had a separate apartment-type area connected to the house, with a private entrance, and it was really nice to have some private space for my husband and I to hang out. I would love to rent this home again in the summer and save some money on heating the pool, and go to the lake as well. I highly recommend the Lake Las Vegas area for tourists new to the Las Vegas scene.
