What a horrible way to advertise that you are closed for a private party for the night. How you ask??? By not advertising it. I'm from out of in town here for the Mr Olympia Fitness expo so we google the closest tanning salon to our hotel the Westgate. I see this has good reviews and we need is a quick service. Call an uber head out and get here to see they are closed. I call a lovely nice voice picks up I ask if they are open she tells me they are closed for a private event. I tell her well why wouldn't you want to advertise that on your website at least. She says "oh it's advertised on our IG page. Ummmm I'm sorry I get it this is a social media world but if I'm not from here and I google you what makes you think I'm going to have your IG page??? This is my thought like is this chick kidding???
I proceed to tell her well I'm not from here so there is no way I would know that, poor customer service!!!! She says are you here? Yes yes I am. Well most people find us via google or IG I said yes and google says your open idiot!!!
