Very nice staff, very clean facility! I've been going once, sometimes twice a week for the past couple years and I love the benefits of it. Especially if you work graveyards in Vegas like i do , the quick 90min refresh float before or after work has become a must!

Clean, comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming. Impressed immediately upon entry with the sanctuary like lay out it definitely took me for a turn being in the heart of Downtown. But after my first float I was educated, comfortable, and ready to experience again! Many thanks for your time in creating this getaway for us locals.

I arrive, it's kind of in the ghetto part of the city so parking was iffy but the facility itself is spotless, has a super zen-vibe. The lobby has an eye-catching, "waterfall" window and white furniture with 3 "Floating" books placed neatly along with other cool-looking stones and rocks. $30 for my first float. I skimmed through the pages and it describes all the benefits and has an answer to every one of your questions. My appointment was at 2 but I was seen at 1:50 which was nice. The girl at the front desk was super informative and positive, and had a relaxed vibe to her :) She showed me around the tank room, showed me the bathroom and they even have a styling area where all kinds of grooming products are provided for you. The entire place is dimly lit. I had a great experience, however during my float I was startled by droplets of cold water hitting my exposed thighs once in a while. Probably the condensation. Tank was well-vented and clean. The silence was nice. What I didn't like though is how you have to wait 5 minutes for the lights to turn off automatically from the outside. I briefly heard some people talking outside and a door shut, but I wasn't upset about that. Overall great experience!

We had a lovely time. The place was clean, quiet, and friendly. The room was spacious and well stocked and the tank was super clean! They provide vaseline for any skin abrasions (such a great idea) which made a big difference for me as far as comfort goes. This wasn't offered at other places I have gone and it never occurred to me.
The building is old - so don't think you aren't going to a pristine spa type of place - but the suite is well kept, clean, pretty, and very zen.
I will be going here again and again! 5 stars all the way :)

Very clean establishment. I say that first because cleanliness is a huge factor for me. They have showers in each room and the showers contain soap dispensers, shampoo conditioner and body soap. The staff was very informative, after explaining the process I was very eager to get started. I only have two things that I would change about the establishment. The gentleman who works there is very enthusiastic and excited to talk about the float tanks, he's really an awesome dude. But at a couple points joining the float session even with my earplugs in I could hear people having a conversation outside. And the tanks have an awesome feature where fresh air is pumped into them but, I could feel the air making my toes colder and it took away from my concentration. I would simply see about getting a vent cover that faces the air directly up.overall awesome experience I will be returning with my wife.
