I've been there many times and have massages by Verona and I highly recommend her. She has a comforting, relaxing manner and makes you feel relaxed and invigorated. I've recommended her to family and friends and they've all had great experiences.

One of the best massages I've ever had. Spa is small but well appointed. Very attentive and friendly staff!

The ONLY reason for one star was because 0 star was not an option. In June I decided to visit the spa with my friend who wanted a massage. Having already had a massage
that week, I opted for the $120 pedicure (+ $20 tip). Little ridiculous, but it's a 5 star resort so let's do it! Biggest mistake ever! Upon removing polish from my toes a few days ago, I uncovered my left front toe has a fungus! I'm 43 yo and have had numerous pedicures and NEVER have I EVER had a problem with my feet! Nor have I paid over $50! Doctor's appointment today so hopefully it's caught early and can be cured. I would not recommend any services that require sanitizing! And if I had to rate the service based on no fungus, I have had ten times better service paying $30 at the local Nail spa!

I can't review this establishment because the experience we have received has been so poor we can't get the service. Following a booking for our anniversary, my fiancée realized that the amenities were split between male and female so we couldn't spend the day together. When we tried to call the spa to cancel, we were placed on repeated holds for 40+ minutes. By the time we got through to the front desk, it was within the two hour cancellation and we were told they would be charging 100% of the fee. We had to cab all the way down to the Mandelay (we were at the Wynn), to try to resolve the situation upon which we were treated with incredibly rude customer service. Would not recommend!

A wonderful place to visit to get away from the craziness in Vegas. Eucalyptus steam room, cold cucumber and ice towels for your face, and the hot and cold tubs are great. Staff is super friendly, and my masseuse was great. will definitely come back :)
