Next to a major street but still kinda quiet. Well shaded area, looks a lot like the one off of Nellis but waaaayyyy cleaner. Very nice neighborhood and well maintained

Its a Small park and close to the street but I do like that it has a gate that goes around the equipment. And I love that there are shade tarps on top of the slides.
