Terrible experience. Heard okay things from a friend, but ended up having to deal with "Justin Brandenburg" - Real creep, told me I should be lucky they're helping me out... even though I pay my insurance premiums? Guy hung up on me saying "I ask too many questions" - Sorry, but with the amount I spend at Transpo, Justin's attitude is unacceptable. Not renewing my policy with them, steer clear of this shady operation.
