Great ... until you decide to cancel! I had no problems with them until I moved out of state and decided to go with a cheaper insurance agency for my area.
I called them with ample opportunity to cancel before my next bill cycle and they just told me to stop paying the bill. Days after the bills still kept coming. Finally I got a notice saying I no longer have insurance and the remaining bill will be sent to a collections agency. Instead of cancelling they put me in the red and a black mark on my record.
I guess they would rather you not pay the bill then have one if their clients cancel their policy.
