What I experienced today was one of the worst acts of customer service I have ever seen. We had a dinner reservation for 8pm, arrived around 730 and were told that even though we had a reservation we would have to wait an hour and a half to get in. We could not wait that long because we had a show to go to at 10. The reason for the wait was because apparently the hostess that was booking reservations for the night didn't know they had a party of 100 coming in. The manager we spoke with felt no remorse and seemed like he pretty much couldn't care less. I would not recommend trying to eat here because even if you make a reservation it apparently is not guaranteed. Very rude workers and unapologetic. Don't waste your time.

We received a promotional gift card to check out Pampas during our most recent trip to Vegas. My stepdad wasn't feeling very hungry that day and opted to do the salad bar only meal. He was very pleased with the options.
My cousins didn't have the same promotional card as us, but they were offered a discount at the door for I think around $18.50 per person for lunch! We found it to be a very good deal. They had around cuts of meat for lunch and kept them coming.
Be sure to be vocal about how you like meat prepared. Some of the slices offered at first were to well done for my liking.
The only thing keeping this from being 5 star for me is the pineapple offering. I'm used to the grilled pineapple covered in cinnamon and sugar. The pineapple served here was not coated before grilling, which in our opinion paled in comparison to the other preparation.
All in all, for the lunch price we'd certainly visit again!

The menu was awesome but the service was very disappointing. Our server AMBUR was very rude, and impatient. When we tried to ask questions in regards to the menu, she thought since she explained it once that she should not have to explain it again. She commented and said that she would give us more time to decide since she was being pulled in different directions and was busy. This happened twice. I was shocked that those words even came out of her mouth! We didn't need more time. We needed help from our server to have patience and explain the difference in the all you can eat menu. If she explained correctly the first time without rushing, we may have gotten it right then. At the end of our meal, when she brought the bill over, as she was walking away, we noticed that she did not give us a receipt. We asked her as she was walking away but she kept on walking. I had to run after her. She finally came back out off the office where she disappeared and said, "It takes awhile to print". I asked her why didn't she not tell us that when we asked? Instead she wanted to be rude and continued walking away while we were speaking to her. When I asked to speak with her manager she responded and said, "My name is AMBUR! Make sure and tell him that". She even went as far as giving us the receipt after we requested, in which her name appeared on the receipt, but she made it a point to circle her name on it in red. She also drew a line from her circled name to a blank spot and wrote her name in bold red letters: AMBUR.

My friends booked this for my 40th birthday and I was unsure about it at first. Well I was blown away with our experience. The "salad" bar was a meal into its self. So much to offer! Then the meat started to come, every bite was better than the last! The meat was juicy and cooked well! The sausage was my favorite, so flavorful! We have tagged this as our go to place in Vegas for a good meal!

People recommended we try a Brazilian steakhouse. The salad bar was great and loved all the options. It was different how the staff comes around and offers you different meats. They had steak, lamp, chicken, pork and seafood. It was nice to try the all. If you don't like something you don't have to take it. It was a different but fun experience. The food was good. The downside was the place was small and loud.
