This is probably one of the best experiences that I've had at a restaurant. Our server recommended a few things and went over every dish in full detail. He was very informative about the history of the restaurant to the types of food that pairs well with drinks and dessert.

Amazing omakase tasting meal. Top class service. Might just be better than the Nobu in Caesar's 😉

For this price it is quiet a mediocore cuisine. Expected much better food. Disappointing!

Broad menu of amazing dishes. Even my boyfriend, who hates most seafood, loves this place and brought me here after visiting on a business trip. We both especially loved the Yellowtail with Jalapeno.
The wait staff is friendly and attentive, taking the time to thoroughly answer questions and present each dish as it comes out.
It's expensive, but the quality of the food and the dining experience are well worth it.

We tried the restaurant when we arrived at the hotel, because we felt lazy after a long trip to go "out".
The food is good, but it is really, really, really overpriced.
We ended up paying more than 300$ for 2, taking the less expensive wine bottle..
Actually, if you get to the Hard Rock Hotel, just cross the street, it'only 2 minutes walking and you get to "kaizen" restaurant, it is as good and less than half the price of Nobu. The only thing is that Kaizen does not have a long wine menu.. but really, it is a way better price/quality ratio!
