We had lunch at the bar, and the bartender provided quick, excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed the endive salad, apple/fennel salad, smoked paprika potatoes, carne asada, and scallop. My husband had a Spanish lager on recommendation from the bartender. The endives were particularly amazing, as was the scallop. For lunch, this was a great choice with delicious food and great service.

The 3 of us arrived without a reservation on a Saturday evening and although they were not able to seat us in the restaurant, we decided to make our way to the full service bar. Our mixologist was knowledgeable on both the bar and food menu and made some amazing suggestions. The jamon with toast was epic (I know, right!?) and my scallops were so tender and flavorful. My favorite part was dessert. The chocolate creation was unlike any I've had before it. Overall the meal was one of the better that I have had and the best I've had in Las Vegas.

Myself and 7 friends had a late Saturday dinner at Jaleo restaurant in Las Vegas, excited to try their tasting with wine pairing menu. Not only was the SERVICE TERRIBLE ( waiters did not know the basics such as introducing courses and effectively clearing table between courses -our table was completely cluttered with plates) but all my friends the following morning came down with FOOD POISONING. Even during the meal, before we were ill, we did not enjoy the food. We found the food to be very salty, oily, and stale -- NOT AUTHENTIC SPANISH CUISINE.
During our meal experience, there seemed to be confusion and miscommunication between the staff which was appalling considering the restaurant, at such a high price point, considers themselves as "fine dining." This was definitely NOT a fine dining experience.
We called the restaurant manager the next morning to notify him of our experience and collective illness, and although Dillion was sympathetic and attempted to make amends, our time Saturday night and Sunday morning (some into Monday) in Las Vegas was completely lost.
So if you are ever in Las Vegas and looking to try a restaurant with delicious cuisine and phenomenal dining experience, look elsewhere. Jaleo is not the place for you.

Loved everything we had. Showed up with a party of 3 in a Friday night, no reservation and we were able to be seated quickly. Service was great, food even better.

Fantastic dining experience from a talented and seasoned staff with an impressive array of tapas to choose from paired with an extensive wine list showcasing varietals from different regions of Spain. As soon as you arrive, the decor is modern yet casual, but the atmosphere is fine dining. Somewhat confusing, particularly considering the pricing of each dish. However, you quickly understand that the cooks and serving staff know what they are doing and impress with the array of dishes they provide. Great array of classic and modern tapas.
Go for the chef's tasting menu. It's an amazing array of dishes and you can't go wrong. For $75 you receive a five course tasting menu, along with a dessert wine to pair for desert. This place is impressive and delicious. You won't leave disappointed.
