I feel like there are restaurant management issues. The last three times I've gone, they've been out of cheddar twice and ice cream once. This is sad. I was even upcharged to go from cheddar to Swiss in the last visit. No table service and still commanding a high price makes this a place to avoid unless you can't live without a craft burger - which are solid but nothing special. Expect to spend over 15 a person for burger drink and tip.

We have been coming to Chop Shop for many years and even had our wedding reception here! Abby and Amanda were extreamly helpful when our original plans fell through and we were scrambling literally 2 days before our wedding to feed 40 people! They made sure they had extra staff on hand because we came at a slow time in the day. They helped to make our wedding day perfect!

Service was slow and place was almost empty. Messed up my order. Expensive for what you get. 1st & last time eating there.

Delicious food. The burgers are tender and juicy, and their tots are to die for. I do wish they had the menu in a better location, maybe posted at the entrance? It feels a bit awkward reaching around strangers to grab a menu. Besides that, I love the food and atmosphere.

Been here several times. Good burgers. Warning, you'll smell like a burger joint when you leave.
Good selection of beers on tap too.
Oh, had the veggie burger (the Bunny) tonight, not going to get that again. Texture was kinda like bean dip. Didn't excite me. But still, five starts because the burgers are good.
