Our waitress Mercedes was amazing. When it was time for our dinner to be served, I really appreciated that they stood by and waited to make sure that our steaks were cooked to our expectations, and that the manager personally attended to any concerns we had. It also helped that those rolls with cinnamon butter are amazeballs! 😍

If you don't like loud noises and random dance sequences than it is not the place for you. Because I had never gone, and no one warned me, I was a little taken aback. The food was decent. My favorite was the ribs. I like my ribs with tender meat that falls right off the bone, so they were perfect.

Steak was uncomfortably warm, fries barely cooked and topped with an exorbitant and disgusting amount of cheese.
I apparently ordered a warm Jamaican Cowboy with extra foam on top of my foam.
The bread was slightly hard, and I had to eat it off a napkin since the waitress forgot what a plate is.
Who I can only assume was the manager since she owned the most body fat and brightest red shirt with a little dangly microphone that I've never seen them use, patronizingly asked my 50 year old father if there was anything she could do like he was a damn baby.
The man may wear diapers but that does not constitute him as a child.
Seriously though, it sucked worse than a high powered vacuum inhaling your mom's cocaine addiction.

Went here for birthday celebration. We called ahead to insure they could accommodate 10 people and we were assured that it would not be a problem. So we put our name in the hat so to speak for seating. After we all arrived and waiting.... 30 minutes go by ( no problem ). They come to seat us and we and told we have to sit in multiple areas of the restaurant. Because we had too many people in our group ( the 10 we initially Called about). They proceed to get the "manager" who comes to the table and tell s us she will find a solution. Only to come back and say if we wait longer they will put us in booths that are close together but still not seat us together. I ask what about the tables at other end of restaurant that are not being used ( an entire third of restaurant probably). She says those tables are closed and would need permission to use them. (I thought she was the manager guess not huh) I told my wife to call the Longhorn steakhouse down the street to see if they could accommodate 10 people. They said no problem. So after waiting another 5 minutes for the "manager" to get permission to seat a group of people ( she never returned) we left and we're seated immediately with the table waiting for us at Longhorn. I'm guess I'm glad we left and even happier knowing the amount of money lost at this restaurant by not serving our needs as they initially said they could do. I know I will not be back and I'm sure many of those with us will not be either.

Stopped by for lunch and had a very pleasant experience. The service from Bethany was great. Made me feel welcome and had a great attitude. I got to say that the mushroom jack burgers here are always a pleasure to have. Have been and will continue to come for lunch.
