They dont even deserve 1 star. Went to memorial drive location in Lakeland Fl. Ordered 2 sandwiches a BLT and a Frisco Burger. BLT had wilted lettuce no Tomatoes and was not cut. The FRISCO burger had no tomatoes no lettuce and was uncut. Also ordered some ice tea it had some stuff floating in the bottom. I am so disappointed this was my first time ordering there. I would like a coupon or be able to come back and get 2 free sandwiches done the right way.

I enjoy tge shakes in ALL varieties! Now they have the breakfast cereal shake!! Awesome, GOOD! I love the burgers too! 👍

The service was extremely slow. We went thru the drive thru and we waited at the speaker for ten minutes before anyone ask to take our order. We ordered extra pickles on one sandwich and got no pickles on the other and they both had no pickles. The sodas didn't have any ice in them even though we didnt order no ice. The cashier was more interested in her conversation she was having with her co worker instead of her customers. Got to the window to pay and she didnt even smile or re greet us, just gave us the total. This is worst service ever and I definitely will not be coming back to this particular steak and shake

Consistently good food and shakes. Service can be improved along with cleanliness. This location cooks the best burgers out of the 3 locations in town.

I went for lunch as I usually do but today I waited 10 minutes until the single server had time to wait on me. The food was produced quickly but again I had to wait because the cashier was also running drive through. This store has no value on customer service
