Get on line ordering. 2nd visit that order was wrong. Kitchen made what was on receipt. But not what was told to person on phone taking order. Food received is good, once again not what we ordered.

The food has always been good, but ordering Togo is always a big deal. I called to order mine and was put on hold, after waiting and waiting I started driving towards the restaurant while still on hold. I got there went inside and while STILL ON HOLD I turned my speaker volume up and she looked at me and then her phone, I said yup you guys never took my order so I drove in. Three of them were starting around the bar talking and they all split up and left after that. Not even busy inside - No apologies, no water while I wait, Just "ok". Terrible customer service until your there in person then it's like nothing ever happened. Bartender had her boyfriend there (I can only assume because the way they carried on). This is the 3rd bad experience in a row. I won't be back. Did I bother telling the manager? No, I did that the first two times and it obviously hasn't helped anything.

Good food at decent prices. I can always find something on the menu I want to eat. Service can be slow sometimes, so keep that in mind if you've got someplace you need to be. I don't like salad, but the other people I go with love the salad bar.
