Very unprofessional, the doctor and nurses were great to me, the schedule lady, tall with dark hair will make you never want to go back, her attitude is unacceptable..so much so! I had to leave the only bad review I have ever wrote.

No complaints. I went in for a new patient appointment and saw Sandy Wier ARNP. I thought she was delightful. She listened to my concerns and was more than helpful. The same for the nurse who did my vitals and history. Appointment time was a little behind, but that does happen if the patients before you have involved medical cases or have an unexpected emergency during their appointment. As of now, I intended to keep this clinic as my primary. Thanks for great service.

The last few times I have been at Trinity has been bad. I was given an appointment of 10/7/16 at 10:20 and I arrived 10 minutes early. I sat and watched other people being called back. At 11:00 I went up and ask about the situation and was rudely told that my appointment was at 11:20. I sat down and continued watching people being called back before me after 11:20. I asked if they would please find out when I was going to be called back. I happened to look at the sign in sheet and my name along with everybody else's was black out and was told that those patients had already been seen. My name was blacked out also. I ended up leaving at 12:00. There were ants crawling all over patients in the lobby. When the receptionist was told about it all she said was that she knew and that the place was to be sprayed that day. All while she was eating food. No wonder there were ants in the building. The visit before today was just as bad. When I was leaving the receptionist gave me some paper work. I assumed that it was mine however, when I got home and looked at the paper work it was lab results for a different patient. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this clinic and it's a shame because I really like the doctors and the nurses in the back. The front desk needs to be cleaned up in a bad way. Don't these girls realize that without patients they would not have a job or maybe they just don't care. I've tried calling the office manager without any success. I guess Trinity Medical Group just does'nt care. At least the front desk doesnt. They are the first face that is seen by anyone walking in and it should be a caring and friendly one. Not the case here.

I chose trinity and Dr. Adam Parker as my primary because my prior Doctor no longer accepted CarePlus insurance. I set up an appointment for the future and during the appointment confirmation call I was told I would be seeing Brooke Chiodo, not Dr. Parker. I said I would rather see Dr. Parker and was told it would be months before I could get an appointment so I settled for Brooke a PA-C. My first appointment with Brooke was ok. My appointment on 09/08/2016 is another story. I made an 8am appointment so I would be her first patient, I did not see her until 8:40 am. I had told the nurse I did not want to be weighed as it hadn't changed much since the last time and it depresses me to face the numbers. When Brooke walked into the exam room she said I had to be weighed every time I came in, I started to talk and she would not let me speak. Brooke said----her exact words " I am not involved in a retail setting and I am not concerned about customer satisfaction", "I am in the medical business". She then invited me to find another office so I left without ever getting a chance to talk to her about why I did not want to be weighed. I would have complied with her request if she asked and explained to me why it was so important. I will tell everyone I know about how I was treated. I think Brooke needs some training in the area of common courtesy and respect for others. I also wonder if my insurance company was billed for me seeing a doctor when I saw Brooke who is a PA-C. I give this Group a zero star rating. I also think the C in Brookes' designation stands for cranky!

Called to make an appointment after someone I know highly recommended Dr. Parker. Brittany, the receptionist or scheduler whatever her job title was so rude and condescending I have decided NOT TO GO THERE!! Too bad because I heard good things about the Dr.
