Reservations confrmed. Hertz did NOT do as they said. My Car was NOT even on the lot. Another customer after me Same thing. NO CAR & they had reservations as well. Hertz promised but DID NOT DELIVER..... called at 8:05 for pick up as told.
Pick up 30 mins late.. An hour later still no car. NEVER AGAIN. Insurance rental....HERTZ dropped the ball BIG TIME. Phone calls more important than Customer standing in front of them...mulitiple times. Be prepared for hassles.
