The office staff was extremely professional and friendly. Holly, dental hygienist, very professional, put me at ease almost immediately.She did a great job cleaning my teeth, no pain. Unfortunately when Dr. Demmi stepped into the room, he said I am Dr. Demmi, open your mouth. Put his fingers in my mouth, looked at my teeth, said some dental stuff and out the door he went. 3 maybe 4 minutes he was in the room. Never saw his face, could not pick him out of a line up. He never look me in the eyes. Is this what customer service has sank down to? Never asked me if I had any questions or have me time to ask if I understood. Just gone...
When Holly went over the treatment plan, I was shocked never heard him mention a crown. Did not make a follow up visit, sad the office staff and Holly are wonderful. Have to find another dentist😞
