My rating is one tip of the star. Why get an appointment and still wait 2 hours before you're seen. Front desk nasty and the girls in the back. What a shame. They need help and training, who do you contact?

When I finally get through to talk with someone about questions regarding my children and I they're rude.

Just the phone call so far, horrible. I have called 4 times, twice it was busy. I can understand that. The other two times I sat on hold for so long that it started ringing again and went to voicemail.
