The shop is lazy I waited 8 hours to get my brakes fixed,and they still didn't get fixed. Everytime I went to the front desk the guy would say it's gonna be an hour and a half til they get to my truck. After a while I just left and drove extra careful to my destination. They have the worst customer service I have seen in years.

The bathrooms were fine and the gas was reasonably priced. What more does one want in a truck stop?

It's ok, this TA could be better. People are very friendly here but the breakfast tasted old, hashbrowns tasted burnt, the coffee was ok. Shower was good, clean and hot. Plenty of pressure. I would stop again because of convenience of other eating places near by, like whataburger, waffle house, McDonalds are all within walking distance.

The most lucrative establishment I've ever made a stop at.
10 minutes into dinner and they're already bugging me to pay for the reserved parking. I always pay my reserved parking after I'm done having my relaxing dinner time. Away from work. Really rubbed me the wrong way. Keep the change, I'm not sticking around this dump.

If I could of left no stars I would have but since the Black Male Laundry Attendant & customers were more nicer than ANY FRONT DESK STAFF consider the 1 star was left for him because he not only greeted me but told me to have a good day!!! However This TA's Staff WOMAN NEEDS A WHOLE NEW LOOK ON THERE JOB IF THEY WANT TO KEEP IT !!!
