Wow!!! I just got hung up on by an employee of this pharmacy. I said, "Hello, may I ask you a question?", to which my reply was:
"I'm too busy to talk!" ...followed by a dial tone...
If this is what the Jefferson Drug Store calls customer service, then maybe it's best that I was rudely hung up on before I ever had to go in and deal with the staff.
Unprofessional, rude, and not worthy of anyone's hard-earned money!
