It's very fun, you learn mostly about paleontology and geology, but you still learn about most sciences overall.

I'm an adult and I loved this museum! They have a great virtual reality section with educational and fun stuff for kids and adults alike. They also had an excellent bug exhibit. Lots of other cool stuff. Oh and don't pass up the chance to see the planetarium! Coolest part of the place. It will spark your childs love of space!

Perfect afternoon for my grandsons who were entertained and entranced. Thanked me and hugged me and said, Thank you, Grammie, we had the best time.
They loved the virtual reality opportunities, and the planetarium show. They laughed as they shocked each other with static electricity. I loved the History of Space Travel all the way back to Gagarin and the Mercury 7. Inexpensive, well planned museum in modest space. The staff was excellent, friendly, patient, and informative.

It seems like there are a few exhibits being worked on, so it seems very small, and there were fewer interactive displays than I thought. However, what they do have is pretty cool! Lots of reading, so not great for small kids, but the adults enjoyed it. We weren't there for a planetarium show, but we'll definitely be back next time we're in town! Note: currently they only accept cash, so be prepared

Now with the new VR setup, this place is even better. I love the museum. The planetarium is one of my favorite things to do, even as an adult. Kids love it too. Support this local museum and lean some cool stuff along the way.
