Great company if you have a policy with them but as soon as you try to cancel and receive a refund they delay and delay some more with rude customer service

The best insurance experience Ive ever had. The staff is beyond amazing! Everyone is extremely nice and super helpful. They stay open later than most State Farm's so it's really easy for me to get over there after I get off of work. I would recommend this place over any other if you are looking for a really good service experience!
