If I could give NO STARS I would. DR TROY MARTIN and his staff are the most incompetent HORRIFYING people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have been at patient here for 12 years. Dr. Martin has always been very kind. Unfortunately, your OFFICE AND SUPPORT STAFF MAKE YOU A GREAT PLACE TO RECEIVE CARE OR A HORRIBLE PLACE. THIS PLACE IS NOW HORRIBLE. Here is my story........ TEN DAYS... TEN DAYS of phone calls and messages before ANYONE WILL RETURN MY CALLS. I'm not calling for a check up. I am ILL...very very ILL. I need to see my doctor that has been treating me for TWELVE YEARS. When I FINALLY get someone on the phone... THREE YEARS AGO... they filed the WRONG INSURANCE PLAN and sent $75 by mistake (their error, not mine) to a collection agency. I did not want to argue so just paid the bill as it as three years ago and I just need a doctor's appointment. I am miserable and no idea what is wrong... I need to see the doctor. I asked if this is why they weren't calling me back and the response was "we never got your message". Now mind you, I called the nurse THREE times over a WEEK... left THREE MESSAGES. lol. Front desk receptionist, same thing... I did receive a phone call back the same day but i'm just trying to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. After dealing with 5 different people here, I finally get a call this morning from the nurse saying they aren't going to to see me because I was rude yesterday and i cancelled an appointment THREE YEARS AGO. And DR. TROY MARTIN is not taking any new patients. HUH? I have been a patient for TWELVE YEARS. Needless to say........... This place is AWFUL... Please check out their facebook page... MANY MANY bad reviews. They have had major turnaround in their staff and very clearly hire incompetent people. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME. I am so take a back... I have reported them to the AMA. When you go to the doctor sick as a dog and he makes you wait nearly an hour and a half for his retarded ass to finally show up

I saw Dr. Hines and I could not be more pleased with my experience. The wait was about 20 min. The lady at the front desk and his nurse were very pleasant and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Dr. Hines had exceptional bedside manners and was very knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and confident in his care, and he took the time to explain everything and I never felt rushed when asking questions. He made an appointment to a specialist for me and by 8am the next morning the nurse called with my appointment time. You any ask for much more and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Wayne Cestia is fantastic, he explains things well and is a great listener, their lab techs are also fantastic.
